Unplayable Disc Types This DVD recorder does not play back the disc types listed below. If you try to play back these discs, excessive noise may cause damage to your speakers. When placing an unplayable disc on the disc tray, a message showing ‘Invalid Disc’ will be displayed on the TV screen.

Some pre-recorded DVD discs have more than one subtitle/audio language. The language initially selected for playback will be the one you select when you first set up the DVD recorder.
