Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the mains voltage in your home before you connect the appliance. If the mains cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Philips, a service centre authorised by Philips or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. - Page 5 HB568 only: Keep scent granules out of the reach of children. These granules are not edible. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water. Do not use the scent cartridge if you are allergic to scent. Consult your doctor in case of doubt. Preparing for use For optimum comfort, use the appliance at an ambient temperature of approximately 18cC. Couch It requires two people to assemble and move the tanning appliance. During assembly the tanning appliance becomes heavier and more difficult to move.We therefore advise you to assemble the tanning appliance at the place where it will be used. - Page 7 Tanning (HB568) Set the preferred tanning time by pressing the + or - button and then press the start button ∞. For the correct tanning times, see 'Tanning sessions: how often and how long?' (fig. 28). Keep the button pressed in to adjust the time more quickly. Do not forget to put on the goggles provided.
