The (D)CSM is a Service Mode that can be enabled by the consumer. Instructions on how to enable the CSM can be given by telephone by either the dealer or the P3C (Philips Customer Care Center). The CSM displays diagnosis information, which the customer can forward to the dealer/P3C.
