When the power switch is in OFF position, the device is cut off from power and can’t switch on. When the power switch is slid to ON, the device starts automatically and then displays “PHILIPS”, see picture below. Then the device displays the stopped playing interface, and then press MENU button for 2 or 3 seconds to return to the main interface.
