Installing engagement kit
1.
Disengage the power take off (PTO), set the
parking brake, and turn the ignition key to
"OFF" to stop the engine. Remove the key.
2.
Remove existing hardware from blade
engagement lever. Discard old hardware.
Note:
You may have to loosen gas tank. Do
not remove gas tank.
3.
Install new hardware and using existing lever.
(Fig. 1).
Note:
Do not over tighten hardware. The
lever must engage and disengage
smoothly (Fig. 1).
4.
Retighten gas tank if needed.
